A lifelong resident of New York’s Capital Region. Steven has applied more than 20 years of technical knowledge in building design and construction to his successful career as a licensed Realtor since 2006. With a special appreciation of stately and historic homes, Steven has developed a keen understanding of the residential and income properties throughout the region that has become widely recognized as “Tech Valley”. Steven holds an A.A.S. degree in Construction Technology & Building Construction from Hudson Valley Community College and a B.S. in Marketing & Management from Siena College. In addition, Steven is a Certified Home Marketing Specialist.
